The Rotary Balita No. 775 to 799Summary: On Saturday, February 11, a one day Rotary Institute was held in Manila among the clubs of Cabanatuan, Tarlac, Malolos, San Fernando, Cavite and Puerto Princesa. The Rotary Institute was presided by District Governor Danding Romualdez and directed by Past Governor Ted Hall specially appointed by Rotary International to hold this one day revision of Rotary in District 48. The purpose of the Institute was to attain the goal of Rotary International of having more men in Rotary and more Rotary in men.
