To avoid the rush, we would wish to make the gift purchases as early as possible. We shall, therefore, request you to inform us on the number of guests and children that you plan to bring to the party. So that the Committee may secure gifts that are likely to be appreciated, we shall also ask you to give us the number, ages and sexes of your children. For this purpose, we are enclosing a Reservation Slip. Please accomplish this and return to us on or before December 15th. Contribution for every couple (Rotarian and Rotary Ann) and child; P5.00 additional for every extra child. Let us have your cooperation by mailing the slip to us on time to obviate disappointments and dissatisfaction which is often the result of last minute notices and purchases.
