It was organized in 1933. 5. The next largest club after Manila is Cebu which has a membership of 75 (according to the Official Directory of the district). 6. The first club to be organized after liberation was the Rotary Club of Dagupan. 7. There are 19 clubs in Luzon of which 1 is a provisional club. The clubs are: Laoag (Ilocos Norte); Bangued (Abra); Vigan (Ilocos Sur); Baguio (Mt.
