The Rotary Balita No. 724 to 748Summary: In connection with the Golden Jubilee of Rotary International which will be celebrated on February 23, 1955, Rotary District No. 199 (Brazil) at its District Conference held last November 1953, approved a resolution to suggest to all Rotary Clubs in capitals of countries where Rotary exists to endeavor to have their respective governments issue an appropriate commemorative postage stamp with the image of Paul Harris, founder of Rotary, in said stamp.
