Bob has just returned from a trip to the United States where he was a Manila delegate to the 42nd annual Rotary International convention in Atlantic City. Arsenic was a delegate of the Philippines to the Spanish Language Congress held in Mexico City. Arsenic was all praise for Mexico and its charms. He said it is a pity we don't have diplomatic relations with the Mexican Republic. He urged that our government move to the effect.
