The Rotary Balita no. 744 (April 29, 1954)

The period designated as the Golden Anniversary observance by Rotary International (23 February - 2 June, 1955) is less than a year away. One of the most important things that can be done in advance preparation for this observance is the writing of an informative history of our own Club. Such a complete record of our Rotary accomplishments would be a valuable public relations tool. If this information were compiled, it would be exceedingly helpful as reference material when we are telling non-Rotarians about the activities of our Club. During the Golden Anniversary observance, when we are publicizing locally Rotary's 50 years of service throughout the world, it would be especially worthwhile. There are a number of our members who could do an effective Rotary service by writing this history
