The Rotary Balita no. 741 (March 11, 1954)

Special forms have been distributed on which requests for hotel reservations in Seattle for the 1954 convention should be made. All Rotarians and their guests are eligible to attend the convention, but hotel accommodations are limited, and it is expected that the demand for rooms will exceed the supply. For those with their own automobiles there are comfortable motor courts in and near Seattle, which may be requested on the same form. Preference in the assignment of rooms will be given to club delegates and to those traveling the greatest distances, provided their requests are received on or before 31 March, 1954. Copies of the hotel request form may be had by writing the secretariat.
