The Rotary Balita no. 741 (March 11, 1954)

Writing about fellowship, Rolfing Gonzalez, Acting Chairman of the Fellowship Committee, said in the last issue of the Balita: "Fellowship is one of the primary aims of Rotary and in Homeside Socials is where we find it." Rolfing was justified in writing those words and his opinion was given full support in the last Homeside Socials held in the last week of February With nine Manila Rotarians as hosts, practically all members of the Manila Club had an opportunity to meet together in separate groups and enjoy fully the fruits of this magnificent program of the Fel lowship Committee. The hosts were Dan Aguinal do, Willie Dy Buncio, By Huie, Monching del Rosario, Tamie Tamesis, Yoyong Rodriguez, Atring Go changco, Ramon Ordoveza and George Vargas. We were able to obtain photographs of several of these affairs which we are presenting on these pages and it can be truly stated that the Homeside Socials were a complete success. In view of the good achievement, the Fellowship Committee has decided to prepare a new set of Homeside Socials for early May.
