Memorandum of Agreement signing as sister club, between Rotary Clubs of Manila, Philippines and New Orleans, USA was held at the Chairman’s Room of the Ayala Alabang Golf & Country Club, after a fellowship lunch hosted by Pres Jimmie Policarpio.
