I am delighted to hear of this gathering of the Rotary International District 3810, in honor of Rotary International President Barry Rassin and Lady Esther Rassin. May this night be filled with engaging conversations and pleasant memories as well as result in endeavors that would advance the organization and the people it serves.

The government looks forward to our continued partnership with the Rotary International District 3810 in pursuits that would enhance the welfare of our countrymen. It is my hope that it will remain steadfast in its mission to promote good values and encourage the ideal of service among its members, so that the organization will continue to be a catalyst for change in their respective communities and the rest of the country.
