Philippine Day at the 24th World Jamboree, West Virginia
Very successful and well attended Philippine Day at the 24th World Jamboree, West Virginia.
BSoP National President Obet Pagdanganan delivered welcome speech and exchanged tokens with Heads of Contingents from USA, South Korea, Japan ( HOC Masato Misuno who also attended the 10th World Jamboree like NP Obet P, gifted the latter with his own kimono), Nepal, Chile, Brazil, Thailand, Taiwan, France, India, Cambodia, etc. Picture also showed American Distinguished Eagle Scout Livingston Johnson (in wheel chair) from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, greeting the Philippine Contingent.
Pictures also showed Philippine Contingent Management Team, and Boy Scouts from various Councils (Cebu, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Negros Occ, NCR) performing Philippine folk dances!
NP Obet acknowledged great efforts of organizers who made the Philippine contingent proud!!!
