It has developed into an actual threat to lives and property. Everyday fatal accidents have been reported and the number of casualties continue increasing. It is about time that something is done. For the job, all hands are called upon. The government agencies concerned must lead and civic organizations as well as the citizenry as a whole must do its part. More people are being killed in traffic accidents than in the war against the dissidents.
