Malcolm singled out three distinguished Cited were the Rev. George Wright, Presbyterian missionary; Juan Posadas, former internal revenue collector and later Manila mayor; and Antonio Escoda, who acted as Malcolm's right hand man during his incumbency as president of the Manila organization. Malcolm brought greetings from the Rotary clubs in Jackson, Michigan; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Hollywood, California. He urged the organization of more clubs in the district. District Gov. Ramon Ponce de Leon commended the Manila Rotary for the friendly spirit of its members.
