As president of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, he addressed some 200 scout leaders at their 15th national convention. As president of the Community Chest, he met with other civic leaders to plot the Chest's fund-raising campaign this year. UNDER THE leadership of its president, Ben Legarda, the Philippine Motor Association is planning to donate a motorcycle for the Manila police department. INDIAN Minister Rashid Ali Baig was one of those who donated blood to the Red Cross blood bank immediately after the games. The donors. were members of the Second Asian Games committee. CONGRATULATIONS to Dr. Bienvenido "Totti" Eraña, who was inducted as president of the Philippine Dental Association at the close of its 1954 convention.
