Dear Best Class Presidents & Best Class Team & Fellow Rotarians:

It is with great pleasure that I share with you a letter I received from RIPR Hoe Beng Fong and Spouse Lady Phyllis after our Discon 2015.

Dear Governor Mond, Phyllis and I returned safely last night after an uneventful flight. We would like to express our grateful appreciation for the kindness you and Melody showed us during our short stay in Manila. You are indeed a great leader. I have much to learn from your quiet and humble ways which is most effective. Through your able guidance, District 3810 has become the best in the Philippines and one of the best in the world. Congratulations! You can be assured that I will report to RI President Gary, the wonderful work you have done. Please let us know when you next come to Singapore so that we may be able to reciprocate your kindness. Meantime, enjoy the rest of your Governorship. We hope to see you soon. Best regards, RIPR Hoe Beng and Phyllis
