How the Rotary Club of Manila handles the information you give us on rcmanila.org.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this website: your name, email address, phone number, company or Rotary club, and any message, when you sign up for a meeting or event, send a membership or partnership inquiry, or tell us about a donation. Pages you read are not tied to your name.
How we use it
The Club Secretariat uses it to confirm your sign-up, prepare meetings and events, reply to your inquiry and acknowledge donations. Names of people signed up for a meeting or event may be shown on that page only when the sign-up form says so.
Who sees it
Only the Secretariat and the Club officers who need it. We never sell or rent your information. It is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel) and is not shared with anyone else.
The Club’s Facebook Page shares new Balita issues and events from this website. The website does not receive or store any information about Facebook users.
Your choices
You can remove yourself from a meeting or event list on the same page you signed up on, or ask the Secretariat to correct or delete anything you sent us. Your device may remember small settings (such as a dismissed tip or your own sign-ups) in its browser storage; clearing your browser data removes them.
