Both panel speakers addressed the pro’s and the con’s in “A Public Forum on the Territorial Issues of West Philippine Seas” before Manila Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests at a very engaging luncheon meeting hosted by The Standard - Defining The News.

An interactive public forum followed suit post the presentation of the 2 panel speakers.
