Letter of Apology
The Rotary Club of Paco apologizes to RCM President Frank Evaristo for oversights in the preparation of an awards event and its printed program.

Dear BCP Frank Evaristo,
On behalf of the Rotary Club of Paco, I sincerely and deeply apologize for the incidents which you complained about in your text message. It has never been nor will it ever be the intention of our club to malign your club's integrity and reputation. In fact we have always respected your club and regarded it in high esteem. It is just very unfortunate that there were several miscommunications which happened during the rush of preparing for the awards as well as in the printing of the event program that led to such grievous oversights. However please trust that our club members will make sure that such incidents will never happen again and that you and our club will continue to enjoy and relish the smooth and cordial relationship that it always had. Again, we sincerely apologize to your club.
