David, Jr., Ph.D., Executive Director of the National Water Resources Board, Republic of the Philippines, spoke before Manila Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests on the country's water situation, the effect of the severe El Niño phenomenon on our water resources and the advocacies of his office in dealing with the situation.

Dist. Gov. Obet Pagdanganan, Pres. Ebot Tan & Dir-in-charge Oscar Del Rosario presented to PDG Alex & Spouse Anna Cureg the Crystal and Diamond Pins with a necklace as token of appreciation for their donation to The Rotary Foundation as Major Donor Level 2.
Pres. Ebot Tan administers the oath of membership pledge to Messrs. Carmelo L. Arcilla, Mr. Yukio Asahina, Mr. Ramon J.A. Cruz & Mr. Joaquin C. Rodriguez new members to the Rotary Club of Manila, together with their respective sponsors/proposers.
