District governor Obet Pagdanganan of D3810 declared president Rudy Bediones of the Rotary Club of Manila as the newly elected district governor nominee for 2018-2019 of District 3810, who will serve during the centennial celebration of Rotary in the Philippines and Asia. Bediones was overwhelmingly elected as announced by district balloting committee chairman past district governor Paco Atayde. Rotary International District 3810 covers Manila, Pasay, Cavite and Mindoro provinces, and is composed of 2,879 Rotarians and 101 Rotary clubs.
