Present during the Special Board Meeting held last April 7, 2016 were: Pres. Ebot Tan, Dir. Oscar del Rosario, PP Cesar Ubaldo, Dir. Susing Pineda, PE/VP Teddy Ocampo, IPP/AG Frank Evaristo, DE Albert Alday, Dir. Amading Valdez and ES Anna Kun Toledo.
