PD Knud Hedeager leads fellow Rotarian in renewing its commitment to the Rotary Credo by reciting the Four (4) Way Test.

PD Beda Fajardo does the honor and pleasure of introducing RCM PD Atty. Estelito “Titong” P. Mendoza, Former Solicitor General of the Republic of the Philippines, Former Minister of Justice, Republic of the Philippines, Founding Partner, E.P. Mendoza Law Office, Past Director, Rotary Club of Manila, guest speaker.

Former Solicitor General and Former Minister of Justice RCM PD Atty. Estelito “Titong” Mendoza presented before Manila Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests, the history as well as his thoughts on the South China Sea Conflict between China and the Philippines and recommended that the Philippines should ask for the deferment of the tribunal ruling.

An interactive public forum followed suit after the speech of RCM PD Atty. Estelito “Titong” P. Mendoza.
