District 3810 Seventh (7th) in Net Membership Gain Worldwide
RI Director Guiller Tumangan announced at DISTAS 2016 that District 3810 ranks seventh among all districts worldwide in net membership gain.
Rotary International Director Guiller Tumangan announced during the District Training Assembly 2016 (DISTAS 2016) last May 7, 2016 that under the term of our very own District Governor Roberto “Obet” Pagdanganan, Rotary International District 3810 is now seventh (7th) among all districts worldwide in terms of net membership gain. This rare feat can be attributed to the excellent stewardship of our fellow Manila Rotarian District Governor who has been working hard all Rotary year long to ensure all the best for our district.
