Rtn. Ray Davis does the pleasure of introducing a fellow member, DSAA/PVP Dr. Lance A. Masters, Chancellor and Executive Director, A-S Group of Companies, as guest speaker.

PVP Lance Masters, the current DSAA of the Rotary Club of Manila, inspired his fellow Manila Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests by presenting the details on the help he has extended to a little boy suffering from Tetralogy of Fallot who was operated on in India through the charitable work of an Indian physician and how our club could institutionalize help on cases like this. A pro-active public forum followed suit.
