His Excellency Jan Christian Gordon Kricke, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of the Philippines, enlightened Manila Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests on bilateral relations between Germany and the Philippines, including, a glimpse of Federalism.
