New DTI Assistant Secretary: President Rodrigo Duterte appointed Rotarian Abdulgani Macatoman (photo) as assistant secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry. A Manila Rotarian, he was also recently named Asian Humanitarian Businessman of the Year during the 5th Annual Global Officials of Dignitary Awards.
