SEPTEMBER 7, 2017 ELECTION ADVISORY: Please be informed of the following when we prepare to elect for our Directors for the Board on Thursday - September 7, 2017 at the New World Makati City:
QUORUM: ONE THIRD OF THE MEMBERSHIP
QUALIFICATION TO VOTE and TO BE VOTED UPON
Candidates / Nominees: MEMBERSHIP DUES (at least one semester’s full membership dues or Php 12,500.00) AND FULL PAYMENT OF OTHER CLUB ACTIVITY FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS PAID UP TO DATE: AUGUST 31, 2017
Electorate: MEMBERSHIP DUES (at least one semester’s full membership dues or Php 12,500.00) not later than SEPTEMBER 5, 2017.

STEP 1: REGISTER YOUR ATTENDANCE WITH THE SECRETARIAT
STEP 2: MEMBERS IN THE QUALIFIED VOTERS LIST WILL BE ISSUED AN ELECTION STUB
STEP 3: MEMBER WILL GIVE THE ELECTION STUB TO THE COMELEC REPRESENTATIVE IN EXCHANGE FOR THE BALLOT
