Greetings from the Rotary Club of Kowloon East!
It is my great pleasure to advise that our 48th Anniversary Fund Raising Ball will be held on 27th November, 2017 (Monday) at the Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Hotel (Hotel address: 1 Harbour Road, Hong Kong.). We would be very much honoured if you & your club members can join us to celebrate this happy occasion.
I shall appreciate very much if you will advise us the number, the names of your club members & their family members who will be attending our Annual Ball.
In the evening of the 26th November, 2017 (Sunday) we will host a welcome dinner in honuor of our visiting Sister Clubs' office bearers, members & their families.
28th November, 2017 (Tuesday) we will host a farewell lunch.
As we are proceeding in preparing our complimentary programme, we should be grateful if you would let us have your congratulatory message together with your recent photograph for inclusion in our complimentary programme.
