Pres. “Jimmie” Policarpio reads the respective citations and presentation of certificate of tokens of appreciation to Marawi project co-operators: Mr. Jaime J. Bautista, President/Chief Operating Officer, Philippines Airlines, Mr. Richard C. Año, Chairman, Team Humanity, which was followed by brief messages from the respective co-operators. Another co-operator who was not present was Dr./Kapitan Lucio C. Tan, Sr., Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Philippine Airlines Holding.

DOTR Secretary Arthur Tugade, Past President of the Rotary Club of Panday Pira, gave Manila Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests, a glimpse into his department’s thrust of weeding out graft and corruption, instituting a modern, intelligent, efficient and environment-friendly transport system as well as charting a map to address the traffic congestion by providing a consolidated nationwide transportation system all over the country.
