(Ret.) Lt. Gen. Cardozo Luna, Undersecretary for National Defense Operations of the Department of National Defense, gave Manila Rotarians, Forbes Park Rotarians, Visiting Rotarians and guests, an assessment of the arduous task government is undertaking to restore Marawi to its pristine condition through operations aimed at maintaining security in the area.

A proactive public forum followed suit after the speech of (Ret.) Lt. Gen. Cardozo M. Luna, with RCMers’ raising questions: VP Chito Zaldarriaga, Rtn. Jess Santos and Rtn. Ricky Trinidad.
