DE Raffy Alunan spoke before the National Security Forum organized by the Philippine Council for Foreign Relations last March 22, 2018 at the Ortigas Foundation, Inc. Library in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The forum also included National Security Adviser Secretary Hermogenes Esperon and Zamboanga City Rep. Celso Lobregat. Present were Rtn. Joe de Venecia, Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rtn. Johnny Chotrani and Rtn. Dong Benedicto.
