Rules on Voting of Miss RCM Earth
1. Secret choice
2. Check your choice across the name in the prepared ballot.
3. Submit your ballot to the designated tabulator in your table.
4. The summary of votes is recorded in the prepared form for summary of votes
5. RCM STAFF will collect the summary forms from each table to be submitted to the Chairman of the selection for tabulation of the total votes.
6. The Chairman of the selection of MISS RCM EARTH will announce the winner.
