US Senator Speaks at Manila Rotary

A newspaper release dated October 2, 2018 on former US senator James Webb’s talk on the South China Sea at the Rotary Club of Manila.

Former US senator James Webb was the guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Manila (the first in Asia) during a recent luncheon held at the New World Makati Hotel. Webb spoke about the South China Sea and the need for the Philippines to assert its sovereignty.
