The Board of Directors met on January 3, 2019 to vote for the RY 2021-2022 District Governor, and officers attended a US Ambassador luncheon and a Council of Past Presidents meeting.
A Special Meeting of the Board of Directors for RY 2018-2019 was held last January 3, 2019 at the Function Room of Chef Jessie, Rockwell Club, Makati City where voting for District Governor for RY 2021-2022 was the agenda among others.

Manila Rotarians, namely, President Susing Pineda, PVP Fausto Preysler and Rtn. Ave Cruz attended a luncheon tendered by the His Excellency Sung Kim, Ambassador of the USA to the Republic of the Philippines and Honorary Member of the Rotary Club of Manila, last December 19, 2018 at his residence in North Forbes, Makati City.
A Council of Past Presidents Meeting hosted by PP Archit Bartolome was held last December 20, 2018 at the Manila Polo Club in Makati City where important matters were discussed. Present were President Susing Pineda, PP Archit Bartolome, PSAA Tony Lopa, PP Boy Ampil, PP Ebot Tan, PP Francis Juico, DG Rudy Bediones, PP Boy Guevara, Sec Gen Romy Nones and DE/BLA Amading Valdez.
