Pres. Susing Pineda during his president's time acknowledged with sincere thanks and appreciation to the 30 advertisers to date for the DISCON souvenir program and also to the DISCON ticket commitments as of to date and appealed to other RCMers' who have yet to commit, to secure their tickets. He also reminded fellow RCMers' to support the District Valentines party; the invitation of RCM sister Rotary Club of Baguio 81st Charter Anniversary on Feb. 27. He also personally thanked PD Abe Pascual for sponsoring a student at the Rotary Club of Manila Educational Assistance Program. (REAP)

PSAA Fred Lim, former Senator and Manila Mayor introduces Mr. William J. P. Lawton VII, Chief Executive Officer, Seagate Global Group of Investment Companies, as guest speaker.

Mr. William J.P. Lawton VII presented before Manila Rotarians and Guests on the topic of "The Most Powerful Force Ever Invented (It is not what you think)" and "The Financial System as a Tool for Supporting Sustainable Economic Growth."

Among the participants to the public forum were: PD Abe Pascual, BLE Amading Valdez, Rtn. Joel Valdes and Rtn. John Michael Cutter.
