Today, April 25, 2019, is the Rotary Club of Manila Educational Assistance Program (REAP) Appreciation Luncheon where officials of PLM and PUP as well as selected representative REAP scholars were invited. This luncheon is to honor the benefactors and their generosity in making financially-challenged, but, academically-endowed students’ dreams come true.
