David Leechiu

David is regarded within the business community as one of the Philippines’ most sought after real estate brokers. With over 23 years of experience, David has facilitated the largest real estate transactions in the country. On its 3rd year of operations, LPC ended 2018 with the highest revenues achieved by any brokerage business.

David co-founded and was CEO of L&A in 2003, and due to its success and reputation, merged that business with JLL in 2008 to form JLL – Leechiu. From that time up to his departure in August of 2015, JLL-Leechiu’s revenues were greater than its next four competitors combined.

He is currently serving his second term as a Board of Trustee of the Information and Business Processing Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and is an active member of the IBPAP Roadmap – the committee tasked with developing programs for the future of the IT-BPM industry.

David is also a Co-founder and Director of the W Group, presently the 3rd largest owner of office space in the Bonifacio Global City.

Leechiu obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Asia and the Pacific and completed his Management Development program in the Asian Institute of Management.
