“A Giving Heart: A Fundraising Event” at Power Plant
Special art exhibition opens 6PM on May 31, 2019

A special art exhibition titled “A Giving Heart: A Fundraising Event” will take place at the North Court of the Power Plant Mall on May 30 to June 2, 2019 with special pieces on display by distinguished artists Aner Sebastian, Angelito Antonio, Dominic Rubio, Juanito Torres, Michael Cacnio, Napoleon Limaten, Perfecto Palero Jr., Ram Mallari, Richard Arimado, Richard Buxani, Rudolf Gonzalez, and Medal of Merit Awardee Juvenal Sansó. This exhibit is for the benefit of Rotary Club of Manila District 3810’s educational programs.
The Rotary motto “Service Above Self” conveys the humanitarian spirit of the organization’s more than 1.2 million members. The Rotary Club of the Philippines has been a source of support to other community service projects. It holds medical and surgical services in the indigenous communities to serve the needy and also offers scholarships to deserving students. Strong fellowship among Rotarians and meaningful community and international service projects characterize Rotary worldwide.

This meaningful exhibit presented by the Rotary Club of Manila District 3810 intends to link the artists’ personal works to a community service platform that enables goodwill and peace through the improvement of health, alleviation of poverty, and the support of education. “A Giving Heart: A Fundraising Event” is in partnership with Galerie Joaquin.
