The club's vision and mission, the TREES environmental program at national level, the Ambassador of Goodwill program at club level and a bequest program.

Vision
A vibrant and stable Rotary club with the capability of undertaking projects of immense proportions while imbued with the resolve of protecting the environment and fostering closer ties amongst Rotary Clubs worldwide through activity and fellowship.
Mission
To inspire and motivate Manila Rotarians to action through the creation of a fund reservoir from their bequests to augment the club’s financial commitment towards activities aimed at fostering environmental protection at a national level and fellowships that enhance connectivity among Rotarians worldwide towards redefining its role as the first Rotary club in Asia.
National Level: The Rotary Environmental and Ecological Strategem (TREES)
Program objectives are:
1) To recover the pristine ecology and environment of 100 years ago.
2) To bring back the beauty and cleanliness of the Pearl of the Orient.

3) To educate our country, most especially, our children on the importance of ecology and good environment as well as the need for a variety of trees, clean rivers, lakes, estuaries and seashores.
4) To provide livelihood protection, food and medicine to our citizens while fostering healthy tourism for all.
Club Level: Ambassador of Goodwill Rotary Club of Manila
Program objectives are:
1) To enhance the activity, friendship, relationship and fellowship amongst all Rotary Clubs worldwide.
2) To reach out to segments in society who are unaware of the importance of Rotary to their community and the world.
3) To enlarge participation in the various Rotary programs and activities and to build friendship and familiarity with Rotary Clubs.
4) To assist execution of our service projects.

The Expected Effects are:
1. The Rotary Club of Manila will appoint from their club to other clubs, cities and countries, relevant Ambassadors who will connect, and enhance inter-club relationship.
2. The recipient Club, in turn, will appoint their Ambassador to the corresponding club, thereby solidifying their connection.
3. The Ambassadors will work together to create inter-club projects, joint meetings, fellowships and club visits.
4. The Ambassadors are expected to visit the clubs to whom they are assigned to and create joint meetings and enhance and exchange ideas with each other. They will arrange for multi joint meetings as well.
5. Clubs will learn from each other and enhance connectivity, fellowship and friendship.
Rotary Club of Manila Bequest Program
Objective: To install a club level bequest program to assist the Rotary Club of Manila in creating a strong financial position from the fortunes of its members who voluntarily donate them to the club in their respective wills towards realizing the club’s resolve to deliver more efficiently, its services to the people of the community and the country at large.
