DE/AS Rene Policarpio as Officer-In-Charge/Program Moderator, calls the sequence of activities.

Rtn. Noel Tanglao delivers an ecumenical prayer.

DE/AS Rene Policarpio introduces PDG Bill Biddle, RI D-7670, for the presentation of his humanitarian programs in the Philippines and tie-up’s with Rotary and with Live Boundless.

Pres. Jackie Rodriguez during his President’s Time, announces three (3) award giving bodies which were newly approved by the board, the Most Outstanding Leadership Award, the Most Outstanding Athlete Award and the Most Outstanding Environmental Award.

DE/AS Rene Policarpio introduces the Miss World Category Awardees 2019 and Miss World 2018 for their respective advocacies/messages.

DE/Dir. Nicky Villaseñor, III delivers preliminary background on the history of the Four (4) Way Test before leading in the recitation of the Rotary Credo to fellow Rotarians.

PD Alvin Lacambacal introduces the guests, visiting Rotarians and personalities seated at the presidential table.

Pres. Jackie Rodriguez presents to Ms. Madeline Delp the replica of the bell and gavel set as a token of appreciation.

Rtn. Romy Nones does the honor, pleasure and privilege of introducing Ms. Madeline Delp, Ms. Wheelchair USA 2017-2018, Founder and Executive Director, Live Boundless, as the Guest Speaker.

Ms. Madeline Delp presented before Manila Rotarians and their guests, a brief biography of herself which led to her physical condition and her advocacies, plans and programs as founder and executive director of Live Boundless geared towards living life to the fullest regardless of the physical handicap that one may be in.
