Secretary Carlos “Sonny” G. Dominguez, III presented before Manila Rotarians and Makati West Rotarians as well as their guests, “The Heart of Good Governance” --- the department’s financial stewardship for a sound fiscal policy and formulation of revenue policies to ensure funding of critical government programs that promote welfare and accelerate economic growth and stability.

A public forum with Secretary Carlos “Sonny” G. Dominguez, III followed suit. Among the Manila Rotarians who raised question/s during the open forum were PD Jess Santos and Rtn. Celso Abastillas.
