President’s Corner
President Robert Lim Joseph, Jr. outlines the Club's focus on grants, the Paul Harris Fellow incentive, and plans for dialogues, E-Learning and Star Rotarian talks.

Dear Colleagues in RCM,
We shall focus on acquiring grants led by VP Thad Liamzon and his team. We will engage the Rotary Club of Singapore and Rotary Club of Cebu to brief us on their vast experiences in securing and implementing grants. We shall propose projects that are the main focus of Rotary International.
We appreciate IPP Jack Rodriguez, Chair Hermie Esguerra, and PDG Alex Cureg, who are big donors in the Rotary Fund. They are donating 50% credit points worth US$500 as an incentive for those who are not yet Paul Harris Fellows. Members only need to pay US$500 instead of US$1,000. For Paul Harris Fellow Rotarians, they can avail of the incentive to increase their donations. We hope that before December, all members of the Rotary Club will avail of the offer to be Paul Harris Fellows for RCM to be recognized as a 100% Paul Harris club.
We will have more dialogues, contests on who delivers better jokes oral or written, and updates on the programs and projects the Board is involved in. We will encourage members to share their experiences during the pandemic. Star Rotarians will speak based on their industry classification. We will encourage E-Learning for all Rotarians to be rotarized.
We will request for volunteers to be shepherds/coaches to be assigned to one Star Rotarian. They will be responsible to get to know each other and develop friendship for the Star Rotarian to be a better leader in Rotary and the community. Aside from online learning, we will have a team to talk for 5-10 minutes about the Rotary Movement every week. We encourage more dialogues and feedback to get ourselves more informed.
May I share a glass to toast everyone Best Wishes, Happiness, Good Health, Prosperity, Love and Peace. Let us all do good in serving mankind and follow the Four Way Test in our lives. Mabuhay!
