RCMFI Holds Two Special Board Meetings

The RCManila Foundation, Inc. held two (2) Special Board Meetings last October 6, 2020 and October 7, 2020 via Zoom platform. During the first meeting, PP Teddy Ocampo was appointed Acting Treasurer for RY 2019-2020 for the purpose of financial report submission, ASAG/DE/Dir. Albert Alday was appointed Acting Secretary for RY 2019-2020 for the purpose of financial report submission as well as Secretary for RY 2020-2021 and PD Pepo Nuñez was appointed as Treasurer for RY 2020-2021.

During the latter meeting, new members of the Board of Trustees were voted upon. PP Susing Pineda was elected as President of the foundation for RY 2020-2021. The newly elected members of the Board of Trustees for RY 2020-2021 are Dir. Celso Abastillas, ASAG/DE/Dir. Albert Alday, PD Beda Fajardo, DE/Dir. Farid Schoucair, DE/VP Thad Liamzon and BLA Amading Valdez.
