Appeal to Help Pediatric Heart Patient
The Save A Heart / Rotary Little Heart Committee appeals for donations for Baby Neal Javen Maniego, a one-year-ten-month-old heart patient needing surgery costing Php 345,000.
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
We received an appeal for Baby Neal Javen Maniego, 1 year and 10 months old pediatric heart patient, in need of heart surgery. Baby Maniego is verified by the Department of Social Welfare as being indigent and has been approved by Philippine Heart Center to qualify for Z Benefit that will significantly reduce the surgical cost to Php 345,000.00. This fundraising was approved by the Board.
To prepare Baby Neal for the surgery, we need to raise the amount needed. We appeal to your generosity to consider this as one of your projects that will benefit your support.
