The Programs Committee held a Technical Run by Zoom on April 7, 2021.

The Programs Committee held a Technical Run last April 7, 2021 via Zoom virtual platform. Present were RCManila Foundation, Inc. Chairman/Programs Committee Chairman IPVP Hermie Esguerra, Co-Chairman IPD Issam Eldebs, IPP Jackie Rodriguez, Program Moderator SAA Dave Reynolds and Dir. Hans Palacios as Introducer of Guest Speakers. Also present in handling the Technical Run were ES Anna Kun Toledo, EA Maricon Bigcas and RCManila Foundation, Inc. EA Sol Troniado-Encarnacion.
