His Excellency Jose Manuel “Babe” G. Romualdez, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the United States of America and Past Vice President of the Rotary Club of Manila, was bestowed the title of Honorary Member in the Rotary Club of Washington D.C. during its Meeting last April 15, 2021 (Manila)/April 14, 2021 (Washington D.C.) via Zoom virtual platform where he was Guest of Honor and Speaker.
