Order of Candidates for Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Manila for RY 2022-2023 in the Election Runner Application

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Following the Election Nomination Rules, to wit: “(d) Considering that priority in the numerical order in which the candidates are listed in the Ballots may influence the election, the fairness of the presiding officer may be taken with doubt if he is given full discretion to call the nominations. To avoid such incident, the presiding officer should conduct the raffle of the names of those nominated to determine the numerical order of listing on the ballot.”

The Election Committee met last Tuesday, September 7, 2021, via Zoom virtual platform to raffle the names of the candidates. Below is the order of candidates based on the raffle of names conducted via Zoom virtual platform:
