Dear Fellow Rotarians,
As doors begin to open, both for education and travel with, hopefully, the beginning of the end of the global pandemic, it is, but fitting to bring fore the campaign for the Rotary International Convention 2022 through the Chairman of the On to Houston 2022 of Rotary District 3810, our very own PDG VICENTE “VINCE” CARLOS as we likewise conduct a parallel campaign for the Dualtech Scholarship Program through Chairman DDCC/IPP ROBERT “BOBBY” L. JOSEPH JR. and Co-Chairman STAR Rtn. ANTON MAURICIO. Support the parallel campaigns as the country begins to open up and be seen, today, 12:30 PM, February 17.
