The Program of Activities for the Fireside Chat

Rtn. Vic Garcia, Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of the Philippines to the Russian Federation, presents the geographical location of Ukraine and Russia.

Manila Rotarians attended the revival of the Fireside Chat with Rtn. Vic Garcia as Speaker on “The Effect of the Ukraine-Russia Conflict on Filipino Lives” last March 8, 2022 via Zoom virtual platform.
