Dr. Raymundo P. Arcega, CESE

Raymund is the President of the University of the City of Muntinlupa. Prior to his appointment as PLMUN President, he is the Chancellor and concurrently the Vice-President for Administration and Finance and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences of the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Laguna. As an Organization Development and Human Resources practitioner, he led organizational changes in different capacities. He became University President of the Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, College President of Colegio ng Lungsod ng Batangas, Vice-President for Academic Affairs Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, Executive Vice-President, Vice-President for Administration and Finance and Human Resource Management Officer of the University of Makati, Director for Human Resources of the Ospital ng Makati, Dean, College of Business and Accountancy of the University of Batangas and Principal and Dean of Student Affairs of Rosa Sevilla Memorial School.

Atty. Ana C. Dione, CESO III

Atty. Ana is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as a Career Executive Service Officer (CESO) III. She started her career in the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) as Senior Clerk in January 1980 and continued to rise from the ranks serving as Labor Standard and Welfare Officer, Senior Labor and Employment Officer (Sr. LEO), Chief LEO, Labor Attaché-Designate, Director III, Director IV and Undersecretary in various DOLE offices (Bureau of Rural Workers (BRW), now as Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (BWSC), DOLE Regional Office Nos. I, III, CAR, and NCR). She has over 40 years of experience and exposure in DOLE regional operations, policy and program development and overseas operations.

Ernesto G. Espinosa, DPM

Ernesto G. Espinosa is a Diplomate in People Management (DPM). He was the President of PMAP in 2002. He received the People Manager of the Year Award in 2006. He became the President of and was re-elected to the Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM). He was also elected as President of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA). Mr. Espinosa worked as Vice President of HR and General Affairs in Fujitsu Computer Products, Vice-President of HR of Energy Development Corporation, and Senior Vice-President, Group HR of the Perpetual Help conglomerate. Mr. Espinosa is also a book author, coach, and former MBA and college professor at the Perpetual Help University and St. Scholastica’s College Manila, respectively.
